RETURN POLICY

All sales are final — returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each accessory. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order.

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked accessories. The accessories in our shop all come with their own unique, history. All items hand-picked and reworked by T.DMTRN are carefully inspected and are high quality pieces that have stood the test of time.

Please note that if you do request a cancellation for your order or if it is refused by the intended receiver, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For international orders, please note that the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the refund.
